Dear Community Partnerships Council Member:
One of the main focuses for Community Partnerships this year
is the development and implementation of community outreach
to families with children ages birth though five years of age
who may be at risk, or hard to reach. An organizational meeting
was held last week for community agencies that may be able to
help with this project. One outcome of the meeting was the decision
that the schedule, locations, and content of this outreach must
